Joshua's story has been one of constant growth and evolution through the business world

Early achievements and rapid learning curve:  

Josh's career in business and sales started in the fitness niche. At the age of 17, he picked up a summer job as a personal trainer at a local Goodlife Fitness. Within the first 30 days, he became the top trainer in that facility. Month after month he was at the top of the leaderboards of training packages sold. 

 

He then took this new skill set to rent studio space to run his own personal training business. He went from having zero clients to a full client roster in under 60 days. 

At the age of 23, he transitioned to launching and filling up new commercial gym locations. These locations were 20,000-30,000 sq/ft and required multiple six figures of sales a month to reach capacity quickly. This is where Josh had to flex his 6 years of personal sales success, but also build a killer team for consistent, high-quality client fulfillment. In the three years with this company, he was a regular on the top 5 sales leaderboard in a company with over 700 locations and over 1500 sales reps.

Managing and creating sales and fulfillment machines of 20 plus staff

The largest gym Josh ran at that time was one of the top 5 largest clubs in the company. It required over 24 staff members to prospect, onboard, and deliver the training service to sustain and grow it's $500,000 monthly billings.

It is here where Josh learned the inner workings of creating repeatable systems to scale sales and fulfillment teams without tanking KPI's. Along with the simple levers to pull that "surprise and wow" customers to want to keep paying and pay more.

 

 

Working with multiple 7-8 figure businesses and agencies to build backend sales systems

Along came 2021, and the gym industry effectively halted. Instead of waiting it out, Josh decided to make the transition online. The first phase of this transition begun with launching his own fitness coaching business. This first venture he was able to scale to a peak of $17K/month with 47 active clients in the span of 4 months.

From there, he was onboarded to work with a high ticket sales agency to sell businesses services. Just like his first training gig, Josh immediately jumped to the leaderboard within the first 30 days collecting $142K of cash for this business.

Just 2 months later, he was challenged with taking a brand new offer to market. This involved everything from  hiring and recruiting talent to crafting the sales script and offer. This new offer went from $0 to over $100K of sales in under 60 days. It had it's first $250K+ month within the first 6 months.

In the past two years, Josh has sold over $1.5 million dollars online. He has worked with six different 7-figure businesses and 3 different 8-figure businesses (with monthly revenues between $1.5-3 million dollars a month).

With this behind the scenes access working with the world's top 1% businesses and the invaluable mentorship working alongside these CEO's, Josh has now transitioned from building sales teams to having the decision making criteria to scale businesses.
