Our services include email management, full funnel creation, offer re-creation, growth strategy, and other related marketing services. These services are primarily targeted at small businesses and are offered for fees ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 USD or greater, depending on the scope of work.

5. Eligibility
Our services are intended for small businesses. There are no age restrictions or account registration requirements to use our services.

6. User Responsibilities
Users of our services are required to keep any intellectual property provided by All In One Copy and Growth Marketing Inc. private and must not redistribute it. Failure to adhere to this responsibility may result in the termination of services.

7. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from redistributing any intellectual property of All In One Copy and Growth Marketing Inc. Unauthorized distribution of our intellectual property or engaging in illegal activities using our services is strictly forbidden.

8. Termination of Service
Both the Company and the user have the right to terminate the service with written notice and just cause. Upon termination, All In One Copy and Growth Marketing Inc. will be owed all fees up to the point of cancellation.

9. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for services rendered. All fees incurred up to the point of termination are due and payable.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
All services are provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not make any claims regarding earnings, efforts, or potential financial outcomes from using our services. Investing in any service carries inherent risks, and it is possible to lose some or all of your investment. Testimonials or statements made about our services reflect individual experiences and may not be representative of all clients.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through mediation. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before proceeding to mediation.

13. Third-Party Services
We may, on occasion, outsource work to third-party applications or services as part of our service offerings. If these services are contracted and paid for internally by All In One Copy and Growth Marketing Inc., the terms of this agreement will apply. If purchased externally by the client, any support or damages must be pursued through the third-party’s channels or terms of service.
